A Beautiful Girl and Some Colourful Paint
What do you get when you combine a beautiful girl and some colourful paint, well it was called body art. This image was captured at a body art carnival and at an event such as this there are great opportunities to capture excellent images.
For this type of image you need a lens of focal length 85mm to 135mm to give the best angle of view and generally any digital SLR will do the job. This image has been captured with a Nikon D700 and a 24-120mm zoom lens at 120mm.

Glasshouse Mountains Panorama

This image has been captured with a Nikon D2H and 24-120mm Zoom lens. This is a composite image of four images stitched together in Photoshop to give a wide panorama image.
The glasshouse Mountains is a beautiful place to visit.
The Nikon Nikkor 24-120mm f/4.0G ED VR Lens is a very good lens for travelling as it is quite compact and covers a reasonably wide focal length range.

This image is from Disneyland, Tokyo, Japan, during the Disney, Dreams on Parade, Moving On, parade. There are wonderful opportunities for photography at Disneyland.
